Five Week Lead Time

Marketing requires a minimum of five weeks to complete a work request.

This timeline is determined based on submission order, creation, proofing, and production of the request. Please allow for proper lead time to allow us to properly advertise your program. This allows us to prioritize events for all FSS facilities.

Please thoroughly complete the Marketing Request Form.

For the contact phone number you may enter a DSN, a commercial or a cell phone number. Please be as specific as possible when describing your event.

Note reoccurring dates in the Event/Program Details section; specify if the event occurs daily, weekly or monthly.

You should receive an email immediately following a request submission. If you do not, please check your spam folder.

You must be specific on a target audience to help Marketing determine the proper design and distribution.

Include your flight chief


Please be sure to include your flight chief as a follower when submitting a request under the 5-week timeline. Use a "," to separate the email addresses.

Any work request that is submitted with less than two weeks for completion will require approval from the Flight Chief and the Marketing Director.

After Action Report


Submit no later than five business days after event. MUST INCLUDE financial details such as all supplementary expenses, sponsorship requested and sponsorship used, anticipated revenue vs. actual revenue, etc..
